How to Import Contacts in Bulk?
When you start building your leads database in HubSpot, the first thing you need to know is that the HubSpot import contacts feature enables you to import data in bulk. This feature can save you plenty of time and help ensure that not a single piece of data gets lost in the process.
So, here is how you do this:
- Get a file with your contacts. To get started, you need to have a complete file with the needed contacts and the details that you need, such as a full name, company domain, contact email, etc. If you are using LeadsForce, go to the My Leads tab from your account, tick the box located at the top of the list to pick all contacts or filter the needed ones, and click the Export button to get your leads list in the CSV format.
- Import contacts HubSpot. Once you have a file with the right contacts, go to your HubSpot account and open the Contacts tab. Find the Import button and then click Start and Import. Then pick your CSV file from the computer, select One File → One Object → Contacts, and click next. Finally, type the name for this import and click Finish.
How to Import Contacts Automatically?
Apart from importing contacts in bulk manually, you can also set up an automatic import process to save even more time. To do this, you need to set up a CRM, sign in with your HubSpot account, and choose the automatic import contacts HubSpot option.
This way, whenever a new lead will be added to your list, it will be automatically added to your HubSpot list too.
